University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care to clients in Livonia, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily living activities and enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide medication reminders and help manage medication schedules Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided Requirements Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus Ability to pass background checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate attitude Ability to work independently and follow care plans Flexibility to work various shifts as needed Benefits Competitive hourly wage: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour Twice a month pay periods Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive work environment Flexible scheduling options About the Company University Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of in-home care services based in Livonia, MI.
