Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a General Labor for our client. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations by maintaining finished product specifications, controlling waste, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Efficiently and effectively trim and handle products.
- Maintain and uphold finished product specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist in controlling waste throughout the production process.
- Follow all established standards and production requirements.
- Follow GMP, PPE, safety rules, and company procedures.
- Maintain required attendance and punctuality.
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Line Lead.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, and kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to stop, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow GMP, PPE, safety, and quality requirements.
