You will lead a dedicated team of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians, owning the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance for all plant equipment, facilities, utilities, and the powerhouse. Your core mission is to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency by ensuring every piece of equipment operates seamlessly. You'll be the go-to expert for long-term solutions and daily troubleshooting, directly impacting product flow and the overall success of the facility.

You'll coach, develop, and train your team on proper work methods, safety procedures, and technical skills, driving a positive employee experience. You'll supervise predictive and preventative maintenance programs, machine repairs, and all related systems and documentation. Collaborating closely with Production, you'll schedule maintenance timely to address equipment and facility needs with minimal disruption. You will develop and implement effective maintenance systems, including TPM, SOPs, and safety protocols. Ensuring compliance with all USDA regulations and maintaining accurate records of work and inventory will be part of your standard. You'll track performance through developed KPIs—like equipment reliability and overall effectiveness—and provide clear, actionable reports to the maintenance management team.

You bring a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on expertise. A leadership mindset focused on team development and coaching. A proactive, systematic approach to maintenance and problem-solving. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, shift-based manufacturing environment.
