Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 Base Pay + Outstanding Bonus Plan + Full Benefits

A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team in Buford, GA . What You'll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Help manage labor, inventory, and cost controls.

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and performance targets.

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
