Trillium Staffing is now seeking a CNC Machinist (Lathe or VMC) in Neenah, WI! Schedule is 1st Shift – 5:00 am– 3:00 pm | 4-Day Work Week. Pay rate is $25–$38/hr | Overtime Available. A growing machining company in Neenah is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with either Lathe or Vertical Machining Center (VMC) experience, Direct hire! If you’re a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up, program, and hold tight tolerances without being micromanaged — this is a great position for you! This employer is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist or Vertical Machinist (VMC) to join a stable, well‑run operation that values precision, consistency, and accountability. This is not an operator role. We’re looking for a true setup machinist. What You’ll Do Set up and run CNC Lathes and/or VMCs (20" x 40" with Fanuc controls or similar) Load, edit, and troubleshoot G & M code programs Set tooling, offsets, fixtures, and work holding Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections Hold tight tolerances and produce to print Make adjustments independently to maintain quality Why This Shop 4‑day work week Air‑conditioned facility Profit sharing Simple IRA with 3% match Full benefits Clean, organized environment Apply now!
