Always Best Care is looking to add a part‑time physical therapist, with an opportunity to a full‑time position, to our Home Health team. We are seeking a candidate to add to our energetic team, and who will provide quality patient care and contribute to the overall well‑being of individuals in need of physical therapy services. We can offer and discuss a competitive salary. Qualifications Graduate of Physical Therapy program. Possesses current registration or license as required by the state of practice. Minimum of two (2) year experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience preferred. Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills interpersonal skills. Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements. Good driving record and reliable transportation. Current CPR certification. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on at‑home exercises and self‑care techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
