Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Trauma-Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate advanced ICU equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Adhere to all compliance, background check, and facility-specific standards throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in Trauma-Surgical ICU environments
• Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments to support placement efficiency
