About the Opportunity
Lulich & Attorneys, P.A. is a growing, multi-office law firm serving clients throughout Florida's Treasure Coast. We are seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our expanding real estate practice.
This position is designed for an attorney who enjoys getting deals closed, solving problems, communicating directly with clients and other professionals, and taking ownership of transactions from contract through closing.
Our real estate practice handles a significant volume of residential and commercial transactions, title matters, contract preparation and review, and other transactional real estate matters. The attorney joining our team will work closely with our experienced closing staff while having the opportunity to develop client relationships, expand the practice, and grow into a leadership role within the firm.
This is primarily a transactional position, not a real estate litigation position.

Responsibilities:The Transactional Real Estate Attorney will:
Represent buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders, landlords, and business owners in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related transactional documents.
Review title commitments, surveys, lien searches, easements, restrictions, and other due diligence materials.
Identify and resolve title issues and closing-related legal issues.
Review and prepare deeds, affidavits, assignments, escrow agreements, closing documents, and other instruments affecting real property.
Advise clients regarding contractual rights, title matters, financing issues, entity ownership, and transaction structure.
Handle commercial leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating leases and amendments.
Coordinate with lenders, brokers, real estate agents, surveyors, title underwriters, CPAs, and other professionals involved in transactions.
Provide underwriting analysis and communicate with title underwriters when necessary.
Work closely with the firm's closing team to ensure transactions progress efficiently from contract through closing.
Maintain strong communication with clients and referral partners throughout each transaction.
Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals and other referral sources.
Help improve systems, processes, and procedures as the firm's real estate practice continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is someone who is confident practicing independently but also values being part of a collaborative team.
Candidates should have:
At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.
Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Experience handling Florida real estate transactions.
Strong knowledge of contracts, title, closing procedures, and real property law.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
A practical, solutions-oriented approach to legal issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
The ability to communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, real estate professionals, and title underwriters.
Experience with commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, development matters, financing transactions, or sophisticated real estate transactions is strongly preferred.
