Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking to hire a Insurance Sales Professional to join our team! You will be a part of a sales team that is enthusiastic on growth and is eager to drive company revenue.Please only apply if you have the following qualifications:Preferred: Property and Casualty Insurance License.*If you are not licensed in insurance: We will pay for your licensing but you will need to have prior sales experience in any field.Responsibilities:Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals on a monthly basisAnalyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative sales strategiesBuild and form new partnerships with potential clientsQualifications:Licensed in Property & Casualty (if not licensed we will pay for your licensing)Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldFamiliarity with CRM platformsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clients\nCompany DescriptionWe are an insurance agency, specializing in personal lines, commercial lines and financial services in Rhode Island.
