Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: IMCU Stepdown Duration: 17 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS Must-Have: Proficiency in medication management Description: This unit serves as a bridge between progressive care and intensive care. It includes patients on ventilators and critical drips. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 3:1. Candidates must have experience in medication management. The facility has a strict 75-mile radius rule. Candidates must reside outside of the 75-mile radius from the facility address. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient care. Candidates must possess relevant certifications.
