Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and optimize resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals. They are responsible for staffing, patient flow, and bed management, while inspiring a shared vision and promoting positive change. The role involves modeling professional standards, providing mentorship, and recognizing team achievements. They hold staff accountable for responsibilities and adherence to policies, participate in evaluations with the Clinical Manager, and perform duties aligned with the organization's mission, values, and standards. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Current RN license 3-5 years hospital nursing experience Required certifications such as Healthcare Provider card, TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC/PALS Preferred:** Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
