We are a non-profit, independent community hospital with 25 beds, located in a highly regarded area of Northwestern Illinois, just outside Dubuque, IA. Our organization is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become part of our friendly team, which includes five primary care doctors and two advanced practice providers, due to an upcoming retirement.
Key Responsibilities- Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 8-hour shifts.
- Manage an average patient load of 15 per day, allowing for thorough and comprehensive care.
- Benefit from strong specialty support, including dedicated emergency medicine physicians, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, and more.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
