Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Rep - Bone Health - Lexington/ Bowling Green,KY (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across Owensboro, Richmond, and Nicholasville, Kentucky. The role involves building relationships with medical professionals, communicating clinical product knowledge, managing territory sales, and navigating payer environments to drive appropriate product utilization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, planned programs, and medical educational initiatives
• Develop and manage account relationships, customize customer interactions, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze business effectiveness of sales activities and territory performance; develop territory plans with District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and support brand building while maintaining focus on patient outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's degree with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years combined experience, or high school diploma with 8 years combined experience
• Sales, marketing, or clinical experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, healthcare, or medical device industries preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration preferred

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annually
