Responsibilities A large portion of your responsability is to ensure guests have a positive dining experience by keeping expetactions and managing their service from start to finish. Key duties include taking accurate food/drink orders, delivering items promptly, making menu recommendations, checking on satisfaction, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, sanitary station. You must communicate efficiently with kitchen staff to manage, serve, and address any order issues. Help set up the dining area: wipe and set tables, fold napkins, refill condiment bottles, stock ice, silverware, glasses, etc. Make sure the section looks clean, organized, and ready. Learn or review the daily specials, menu changes, or any shortages from the kitchen.
