Senior Procurement Analyst

About the Opportunity Provides supplier onboarding, maintenance, and relationship management support, leveraging data analysis and process automation to strengthen the organization's vendor ecosystem. This role serves as a primary point of contact for suppliers, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experiences, sustained supplier performance, and compliant procurement operations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2–4 years of relevant experience required Experience administering projects, programs, and/or processes is preferred Experience with Jaggaer or Workday Finance is preferred Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, including documentation collection, system setup, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely activation of new vendors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records, certifications, and compliance documentation within procurement systems. Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned supplier portfolio, fostering strong partnerships and resolving issues proactively. Conduct supplier performance analyses to evaluate vendor health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the supplier lifecycle. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of automation initiatives that streamline supplier onboarding, maintenance, and communication workflows. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate supplier needs and align vendor capabilities with organizational goals. Support contract renewals, amendments, and risk management activities to ensure continuity of supply. Other duties as assigned. With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
