We are currently looking for our next outstanding team member.

Position : Full-Time Teller

Experience : 1+ years of retail banking experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Work Hours : Monday – Friday.

Work Location : In-office (no opportunity for remote or hybrid)

A Day in the life : Embrace our core values; provide outstanding customer service to clients; excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization and outside auditors; collaboration; perform the following (includes but not limited to):

• Deepen customer relationships by identifying current and potential banking needs
• Contribute towards individual, department, and bank sales goals.
• Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments and other transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash levels
• Promote retail and other bank products and services and refer customers to other Bank Departments when appropriate.
• Service customer accounts and requests accurately in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Process proof as necessary, verifying accuracy of scanned documents to minimize non-posts.
• Actively participate in retail meetings including but not limited to huddles, retail rallies, coaching sessions, etc.
• Ability to work and make independent decisions within bank policy and procedures while exercising good judgement and keeping the bank’s financial interest in mind. Follows all bank policies, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
