Pay or shift range: $17.75 to $20.96 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. Description At Paradise Village, waitstaff are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. They ensure the dining room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing prompt, courteous meal service. They comply with federal, state, and local standards for community operation and incorporate Generations’ Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions.
