This role involves preparing process and status reports, assigning and monitoring document numbers, and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. It is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with a basic understanding of configuration management tools and software, and a keen eye for detail.In this role, you will update and maintain logs, databases, and catalogues while ensuring the organization and accuracy of files containing engineering drawings, project reports, specifications, product proposals, and documentation. You will prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum Qualifications:Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).Typically entry-level 0 - 2 years of experience.Good communication skills.Basic understanding of configuration management tools and software.Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.Familiarity with configuration management concepts, document control, and version control practices.Capable of following detailed instructions.Understanding of basic engineering and technical terminology.Ability to perform tasks under supervision.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with specific configuration management tools and software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in an engineering or technical environment.Compensation :Pay Range:$60,885.00 - $83,717.25Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.Elevate Your CareerAt Sierra Space, we are committed to your personal and professional development.
