We're looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead a distribution center operations and a talented team in Milwaukee. What You'll Do
Lead Distribution Center Operations

• Oversee receiving, staging, put-away, storage, picking, packing and shipping
• Lead operations supporting thousands of active SKUs with varying sizes, weights and complexity
• Optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve accuracy, efficiency and throughput
• Develop quality processes that improve the customer experience while reducing costs
• Help design and continuously improve the distribution center to support growth and maximize efficiency
• Oversee facility, equipment and safety programs
• Identify opportunities to use technology to improve operations and employee engagement
• Manage value-added processes including kitting and technical assembly
• Establish and monitor meaningful performance metrics

Build a Culture of Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma principles
• Lead teams through operational, cultural and technological change
• Develop training and education programs that build flexibility, quality and confidence
• Help define team structures, roles and responsibilities to support future growth
• Create an environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas and improve how work gets done

Collaborate Across the Organization

• Partner with Purchasing to improve supplier and material-handling processes
• Work closely with Sales to create an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with IT to digitize processes and improve workflows
• Manage third-party logistics partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency and service

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse or supply chain leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field preferred
• Strong leadership and people-development skills
• Excellent verbal, written and cross-functional communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred
• Experience working in a high-growth environment
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
• A leader who is positive, approachable, accountable and passionate about developing people
