Substance Use Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services is seeking Substance Use Support Staff to provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to individuals impacted by substance use disorders. In this frontline role, you will assist clients with daily living skills, appointments, and transportation; monitor safety; and respond to crises using trauma-informed approaches. You will document services, support treatment and recovery plans, and help facilitate groups and life-skills activities. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll connect clients to community resources and model hope, respect, and dignity in alignment with LSS’s mission-driven, faith-based values.
