Sales BDC Representative

Business Development Representative (BDR) Automotive Dealership We is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is built for someone who thrives on communication, moves with urgency, and takes pride in creating a premium customer experience. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to make an impact, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities
- Professionally manage all inbound leads with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
- Convert incoming sales calls into qualified showroom appointments.
- Make 80+ outbound calls per shift to prospects and existing customers.
- Follow up with unsold showroom traffic to regain opportunities.
- Maintain long-term customer follow-up for retention and future sales.
- Keep detailed, accurate notes in the CRM to support the sales team.
- Follow all dealership processes and adapt quickly to workflow changes.
- Monday-Saturday
- One weekday off each week
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Prior BDC experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Process-driven, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Professional presence and a customer-first mindset.
- Hourly pay + commission
