Cross-departmental and customer collaboration will be a key part of this role.Manages all project management.Demonstrate leadership agility for positive client outcome.Drive standardized deployment (work instructions / procedures / guidance).Establish reporting measures on cost / profit / completion.Build strong stakeholder relationships.Influence innovation in solution portfolio.Travel is up to 30% and some international travel.Field installation and commissioning at customer site, in a multitude of environment.Other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:Four year college or university degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.10 years of professional experience in a technical role and 5 years in a formal Project Management capacity.Managed instrumentation projects for large industrials.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent teamwork skills; ability to establish trust / credibility / influence.Strong analytical skills; demonstrate creative troubleshooting skills.Passion for continuous improvement.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling.Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role.Physical Demands:Role is deemed safety testing-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.Employee is required to walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.Employee is required to use tools to install indicators on machinery along with simple field wiring.Employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.Preferred Qualifications:Familiar with international hazardous area standards (e.g., CSA C1 D2 / ATEX / IECeX).Familiar with global markets (e.g., Latin America, Middle East Asia Pacific).Familiar with reciprocating machinery and machinery condition monitoring systems.Industrial wireless applications and protocols.Multiple languages skill (i.e. Spanish, French, Arabic).PMP Project Management Professional or equivalent.About Us:ChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
