We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Part Time evenings and weekend Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Auburn, Washington. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting visitors, managing incoming communications, and keeping office records accurate and accessible. The person in this role will help create a welcoming environment while providing administrative support to the sales team and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, ensuring a courteous and welcoming experience.

• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff, and responding to general questions.

• Perform document scanning and maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for easy record retrieval.

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by handling routine office support tasks and preparing materials as needed.

• Route calls and messages accurately to the correct departments to support smooth internal communication.

• Enter and update basic information in office records and databases with attention to detail.

• Assist with general clerical duties that help maintain an efficient and well-organized front office.

• Support interdepartmental coordination by transferring information and materials to the appropriate teams when needed.

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role.
• Ability to confidently manage a multi-line phone or switchboard system.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle inbound inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in document scanning, filing, and other general office support activities.
• Basic data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable assisting multiple departments while staying organized in a busy office setting.
• Dependable, detail oriented, and able to maintain a welcoming presence for visitors and callers.
