Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN)

As our Registered Nurse, you will work with our Behavioral Health Team providing nursing assessment and case management. You will support complex care for patients, engage in client advocacy and contribute to the plan of care that helps clients to reach healthy outcomes.

What You Get to Do:

• Attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• Work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI’s, etc.
• Follow up with abnormal lab results and treating per protocol.
• Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
• Triage any walk-in patients.
• Build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.

What We Need for this Job:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active Colorado RN license.
• Openness to receive feedback and a willingness to learn.
• Desire to work the full scope of your RN license.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced clinic.
• Knowing how to plan your resources.
• Strong initiative to assist your team.

Compensation : $34.70 - $43.95/hour. The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
