Compensation:

$112,000 - $197,500 yearly

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct property showings and guide clients through the buying or selling process with confidence.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice.
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth process.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve your skills and stay ahead in the industry.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
