Our organization, focused on patient accountability and core values, has recently expanded its reach into the Alabama and Mississippi regions. Currently, we operate in over 65 markets and have established clinics in Mobile, AL, Gulfport, MS, and Montgomery, AL, bringing our total locations to five. We are now in search of a family medicine physician to join our team at the Montgomery clinic.

This fulfilling opportunity provides:

• Lower patient volumes, allowing for a manageable panel of 400 patients, with daily visits ranging from 10 to 15.

• Competitive compensation in the $250K range, accompanied by a $15K signing bonus and a quality bonus.

• The potential to earn an additional 28% of your salary through an incentive plan, with most providers achieving at least a 20% increase.

• Utilization of Athena EMR for streamlined patient management.

• A standard Monday to Friday work schedule with minimal on-call duties.
