Warehouse Coordinator IUnder the supervision of the Supply Chain Warehouse & Distribution Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, safeguarding materials, and supporting operational needs through timely and efficient material handling. This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and uninterrupted field and operations support.Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Knowledge of well-servicing and drilling materials and equipmentWorking knowledge of inventory control practices and principlesStrong organizational skills for alpha-numeric filing and recordkeepingAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to operate warehouse equipment, including forkliftsAbility to understand and follow safety and operational proceduresProficiency in warehouse inventory control systemsEssential FunctionsOperate warehouse inventory control systems to maintain accurate inventory recordsMaintain physical control and security of inventory, including keeping inventory areas lockedReceive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify accuracy against shipping instructionsRecord all inventory transactions to prevent loss, damage, or pilferageConduct weekly physical inventories and report results to Operations SuperintendentsDetermine and communicate re-order quantities in coordination with OperationsRetrieve, document, and distribute materials and supplies as requisitioned and approvedParticipate in or lead safety meetings, hazard hunts, and ensure JSA complianceReport unsafe acts, conditions, or hazards immediatelyFollow all company policies, procedures, and supervisory instructionsPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisionMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDLess than two (2) years of related warehouse or inventory experienceAbility to understand and communicate in English for safety and operational purposesPreferred CertificationsForklift certification (or ability to obtain)Additional Details (Working Conditions & Physical Demands)This position requires medium physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. The role involves standing, walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, and repetitive hand motions. Work may occur indoors and outdoors, with exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical equipment, high heat, and chemicals. Shifts may exceed eight hours, and the role requires adherence to all safety and environmental standards.
