Program Manager

job summary:
Join a privately owned chemistry manufacturing company that has been in business for over 40 years as a Program Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring that complex program meets requirements and timelines. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of similar experience in a complex manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that has an excellent reputation and job security. This role is bonus eligible and offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:

• Direct comlex projects from initial planning through final delivery, managing schedules, budgets, and project scope

• Develop high-level status materials and dashboards to clearly summarize project progress and milestones

• Provide rigorous project readiness assessments at each phase of lifecycle OPM guidelines

• Act as primary bridge between project members, cross-functional teams, and external vendors

• Manage the complete project procurement lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from technical specifications through final asset delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leading complex projects within a manufacturing environment

• Ability to travel

• Experience leading new product development
