The environment encourages collaboration, clinical excellence, and evidence-based practice, supported by modern facilities and experienced nursing and diagnostic teams.Position SummaryThe organization is seeking an experienced Maternal–Fetal Medicine Physician to join its expanding women's health and perinatal team in the Renton area.This full-time, permanent position focuses on managing high-risk pregnancies through consultation, co-management, diagnostic imaging, and procedural services. The MFM will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, genetic counselors, and perinatal nursing staff within a coordinated, patient-centered care model.Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient and inpatient consultation for high-risk pregnanciesPerform and interpret maternal–fetal ultrasound and diagnostic imagingManage complex maternal and fetal conditions collaboratively with OB/GYN teamsSupport labor & delivery teams with high-risk assessments when neededParticipate in fetal surveillance, prenatal diagnosis, and care planningProvide guidance for genetic counseling and advanced perinatal testingMaintain timely and accurate EMR documentationContribute to perinatal quality initiatives, case reviews, and multidisciplinary team discussionsQualificationsEducation: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolTraining: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Maternal–Fetal Medicine fellowshipCertification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal–Fetal MedicineLicensure: Eligible for Washington medical licensureExperience: Prior MFM practice experience preferred (facility not considering new graduates)Skills: Strong diagnostic imaging competence and ability to manage complex perinatal casesCompensation & Work EnvironmentCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and qualificationsSupportive, multidisciplinary perinatal team environment with strong clinical standardsAccess to advanced imaging technology, modern obstetric facilities, and comprehensive clinical supportOpportunity to practice within a respected healthcare system with a full spectrum of women's health services
