Qualifications / Responsibilities Valid teaching certification (secondary level required; reading specialist certification and/or Orton‑Gillingham preferred) Coordinates the collection and analysis of student data Provides targeted academic support to struggling high school students Delivers Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions within an MTSS framework Collaborates with general education teachers to close achievement gaps and improve student outcomes. Monitors grade-level proficiency and graduation readiness.
