Electromechanical Assembler - 1st Shift

$18-$21/hour DOE | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Winona, MN | Full-Time


Work with electrical and mechanical components to build and test equipment used in industrial applications. This role is ideal for someone with assembly experience, blueprint reading skills, or a strong mechanical aptitude.


What You'll Make


You'll help build finished products by assembling components, routing wiring, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer requirements.


What You'll Do

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using blueprints and schematics
• Install and connect wiring for motors and related equipment
• Use hand and power tools throughout the assembly process
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Test assemblies and help identify issues when products are not performing correctly
• Read and interpret production documents and assembly instructions
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Assist in meeting daily production goals

• Basic electrical wiring knowledge
• Experience using hand tools
