Senior Project Delivery Consultant

Overview / Job Description:
This is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects while partnering with Sales and internal teams. The position balances execution, financial ownership, and stakeholder management to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales on scope, pricing, and risk strategy
- Develop/review estimates, schedules, and execution plans
- Lead delivery of multiple projects across assigned region
- Manage Construction Managers and subcontractors
- Control scope changes and approve change orders
- Track financials (P&L, margins, billing, cash flow, forecasting)
- Maintain client relationships throughout project lifecycle
- Enforce safety, compliance, and site standards
- Report project status, risks, and forecasts to leadership
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years in project delivery (construction or installation)
- 5+ years in leadership/management roles
- Experience in design-build, energy services, or infrastructure projects
- Strong financial management (P&L, margins, forecasting, billing)
- Experience supporting sales/pre-construction
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficient with MS Project and Excel
