Forklift Operator - Sit Down

$18 - $20 per hour

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading event services and logistics company, is seeking experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals with sit-down forklift experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting large-scale events and trade shows.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Job Summary:

Shift Available:
1st Shift

Pay:
Starting at $18.00 - $20.00+/hr (based on experience)

Warehouse Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

Operate a sit-down LP forklift to move materials and equipment throughout the warehouse
Load and unload equipment, supplies, and materials from trucks and trailers
Safely load and unload 53' dry van trailers
Assist with receiving, staging, and shipping warehouse inventory
Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance concerns
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company best practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Perform other warehouse and forklift duties as assigned

Warehouse Forklift Operator Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of sit-down LP forklift experience required
At least 1 year of warehouse or general material handling experience
Experience loading and unloading 53' dry van trailers required
Forklift certification is a plus (training available for qualified candidates)
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to safety
