Property Associate What this job involves: As a Property Associate at JLL, you will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for an office property or portfolio. You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations, and provide superior customer service. Estimated total compensation: $29.33 - $30.53 per hour Expected Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues. Support the property‑management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases. Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COI), code invoices, and other financial tasks. Assist with vendor coordination and work‑order management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities. Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property‑performance updates for senior management and clients. Support lease‑administration activities, including tenant move‑in processes, document filing, and communication coordination. Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience. Provide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed. Perform additional tasks as required to comply with Property‑Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field. 1–2years of experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management. 1–2years of experience in a customer‑service or customer‑facing position. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry.
