Occupational Therapist, PRN

Overview Cedar Ridge Inn is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Farmington, NM. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. Position Summary As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating residents and delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment to support functional outcomes. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives comprehensive, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical and cognitive abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on independence and safety Provide occupational-based interventions, including ADL training, adaptive equipment use, and cognitive support Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to coordinate care Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and progress Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Current Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico New graduates welcome to apply Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Cedar Ridge?
