We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to join our team! We understand that everyone has different schedules and responsibilities. That’s why flexibility is one of our priorities. Whether you are looking for part-time hours, full-time work, or a schedule that fits around your other commitments, we will work with you to find a schedule that works for both you and our clients. What We’re Looking For: Compassionate and caring attitude Reliable and dependable Good communication skills Ability to provide respectful and supportive care Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required depending on the position Responsible and able to work independently Responsibilities May Include: Assisting with daily activities Personal care and hygiene assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Companionship and social support Transportation or errands, if applicable Caregiver Registration & Hiring Process To become a caregiver, there are a few basic requirements and steps to complete: HCA Registry: Caregivers must be registered with the Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry, California’s state monitoring system. An initial background check is required as part of the registration process. TB Test: A TB test is required. If you already have a TB test completed within the past 4 years, we can honor your existing test, subject to applicable requirements. CPR Certification: CPR certification is required and can be completed online through an accepted certification provider. We will guide you through the process and help you understand what is needed to get started. Why Join Us?
