Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

L&D RN – Labor & Delivery

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12s Weekend expectation: 4 single weekend shifts in 12 weeks (Friday night or Saturday night)

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Licensure: Any active state RN or compact license accepted Required certifications: BLS, NRP, EFM-NCC or AWHONN Charting system: EPIC experience required

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery. Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal well-being during labor. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Assist in the delivery process and provide immediate postnatal care to newborns. Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Compliance / Notes: Pre-approved time off: Max 10 days per contract; no RTO allowed during initial weeks. Attendance policy: Strict; more than one call-off may result in termination. Parking: Free in any unrestricted space; no pass required.
