Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high‑potential leads. You’ll leverage multi‑channel strategies (cold outreach, geo‑farming, data scraping, and CRM optimization) to build targeted contact lists and convert prospects into opportunities. The ideal candidate is equal parts hunter and analyst, passionate about growth and fluent in data‑driven outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and extract high‑intent leads from organic sources (databases, directories, industry platforms).
• Perform skip‑tracing and geo‑farming to build hyper‑localized prospect lists.
• Evaluate lead quality using predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
• Execute cold email campaigns and text blasts with personalized messaging.
• Conduct outbound calls for initial prospecting and appointment setting.
• Leverage market research to identify new lead sources and industry trends.
• Scrape, clean, and enrich lead data for accuracy.
• Maintain organized CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with detailed activity tracking.
• Segment lists for targeted nurturing campaigns.
• Secure client reviews/feedback to boost social proof.
• Test new tools/platforms to improve lead generation efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to align outreach with buyer journeys.

Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills (manages 100+ leads/week).
