Job Description

Facilities Custodian Opening!

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize classrooms, hallways, offices, worship spaces, and multipurpose rooms
Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms; restock supplies
Event Setup: Arrange chairs, tables and equipment for church services, school activities, meetings, and special events
Light Maintenance: Replace light bulbs, report needed repairs, perform minor fixes
Coordinate repairs with outsourced plumbing, electrical, and HVAC contractors

Qualifications:

Experience in custodial work
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to obtain clearances

You should be proficient in:

Facilities Maintenance Experience
Maintenance and Repair Skills
