Shift: 7:00 pm- 7:00 am, 2,2,3 Schedule

WhatYou'llDo

AsaProductionLead,youwill:

Supportproductionlinestart - ups,changeovers,operations,andshutdowns

Helpensureproductiongoals,qualitystandards,andsafetyrequirementsareachieved

Trainnewandexistingteammembersusingapprovedprocedures,workinstructions,andoperatingstandards

Provideday-to- daycoaching,guidance,andsupporttoproductionemployees

Assistwithemployeeperformanceevaluationsbysharingobservationsandfeedback

Verifythatallproductionandqualitychecksarecompletedaccuratelyandontime

Reportequipmentissues,downtime,qualityconcerns,safetyincidents,andinjuriespromptly

PromoteacultureofsafetybyreinforcingGMPs,PPErequirements,housekeepingstandards,andsafeworkpractices

Supportcontinuousimprovementeffortstoreducewaste,downtime,andproductiondelays

Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworkenvironment

RequiredQualifications

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
• Strongworkethicandcommitmenttosafety
• Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithemployeesandmanagement
• Basicreading,writing,andmathskills
• Abilitytoworkaflexibleschedule,includingovertimewhenneeded
• Consistentrecordofmeetingcompanyexpectationsforattendance,quality,safety,andperformance

PreferredQualifications

• 1-2yearsofmanufacturingorproductionexperience
• Previousexperiencetraining,coaching,orleadingemployees
• Demonstratedleadershipskillsandabilitytoworkwellwithinateamenvironment
