The Role We're looking for a Fund Analyst to join our investment team and support the sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring of hedge fund managers across strategies such as equity long/short, credit, macro, and multi-strategy. You'll work closely with the CIO and have direct exposure to the full due diligence process — this is a hands-on role in a lean environment where your work has real impact on investment decisions. What You'll Do Support due diligence on prospective hedge fund managers, including strategy analysis, performance attribution, and risk assessment Build and maintain financial models to evaluate manager track records, exposures, and risk-adjusted returns Draft investment memos summarizing manager research, findings, and recommendations Assist in monitoring existing manager relationships, including performance tracking and exposure analysis Review fund documentation (LPAs, side letters, DDQs) to understand terms and structures Help maintain internal databases and tracking systems for manager research Prepare for and attend manager meetings and calls, including drafting follow-up questions What We're Looking For 2–5 years of relevant experience in hedge fund research, fund-of-funds, investment consulting, prime brokerage, or a related investment role Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python or other analytical tools is a plus A working knowledge of hedge fund strategies, structures, and terminology Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly High attention to detail and strong organizational habits Comfortable working independently in a small-team, high-ownership environment Bachelor's degree required Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
