Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Cost Analyst to provide cost estimation services for NAVSEA’s Naval Special Warfare Program Office. The role involves developing, updating, and managing cost estimates across the acquisition lifecycle, with focus on accuracy and risk assessment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 1 year of cost estimation experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance.
