About our Agency: I opened my agency in May of 2001 and we've built a close-knit team of three with exciting plans to keep growing. Becoming a State Farm agent was a lifelong goal of mine, and I'm proud to be part of a family of agents. That long-term commitment to this career shows up in how we support our customers and how we invest in our team.

Outside of work, I'm a former college softball player and was co-captain of the Lady Knights softball team. I'm also active in my local church and enjoy being involved in the community, including as a member of the Waukesha Car Club.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
