HVAC Service Technician

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Brown Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do :

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment

Salary: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00+ per year

License/Certification:
