Wilkes-Barre, PA | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Onsite

Tarkett Sports is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support operations at our Recycling Facility in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This is a key role at the center of our daily operations-connecting warehouse activity, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and customer/vendor coordination.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving, including scheduling pickups and deliveries

• Manage freight logistics, carrier communication, and shipping documentation

• Maintain accurate inventory records, ERP transactions, and reporting

• Support project managers with quoting recycling services and tracking timelines

• Handle purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and customer/vendor setup in the ERP system

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams

• Support warehouse operations including forklift use, loading/unloading, and materials handling as needed

• Act as the on-site Safety Liaison and support safety initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills

• Experience with warehouse, logistics, or customer service environments

• Comfortable working in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (preferred)

• Forklift experience required

• Ability to work independently while being part of a team

• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role in Wilkes-Barre, PA, working in both office and warehouse environments. The position includes indoor and outdoor work and requires comfort working in varying temperatures and using standard warehouse PPE.
