The role manages various areas of responsibility within the operation, specifically Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, Drink Presentation, and Atmosphere. The manager assists the General Manager to ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards. Responsibilities include ensuring vendors and suppliers are properly compensated, assisting in the selection of Front of House and Back of House employees, supporting training and development of restaurant staff, managing the performance of all hourly employees—especially Front of House—and assisting in general business administration tasks such as payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting. The manager promotes the business, builds sales, increases profits, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains brand integrity.
