Fleamaster's Flea Market is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Food & Beverage Support team members to join Bobbers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, preparing food, staying busy, and being part of a fun, team-oriented environment. You will help take orders, prepare and serve food, process payments, and create a welcoming experience for every guest who visits our market.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Take customer orders and accurately enter sales transactions.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
• Count money and provide accurate change.
• Prepare and cook hot and cold food items according to established procedures.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented according to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with cashiers, cooks, and other team members.
• Help correct order issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked food preparation and service areas.
• Assist with inventory awareness and report shortages or supply needs.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Assist in other areas of the Food and Beverage Department as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Willingness to follow company, department, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Previous food service, cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but are not required.
• Must meet all age requirements for assigned job duties.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Safely lift and carry approximately 5 to 10 pounds, including ice buckets, beverage bags, food supplies, and other items.
• Work in indoor and outdoor food service areas.
• Work in varying temperatures and a fast-paced market environment.

Schedule

• Part-time weekend position.
• Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
• Additional hours may be available based on business and event needs.
