Practice Nurse - GP Surgeries & Primary Care Services Location s: Liverpool, Warrington, Chester & Southport Job Type: Flexible Locum Sessions Setting: GP Practices & Community Primary Care Services Rates : £28 to £35 per hour (Ltd/ Sole trader) About the Role We are currently recruiting experienced Practice Nurses to support a range of GP surgeries and Primary Care services across Liverpool, Warrington, Chester and Southport. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking for flexible working arrangements while continuing to develop their experience within supportive Primary Care environments. Key Responsibilities Chronic disease management Long-term condition monitoring and reviews Cytology Childhood and travel immunisations Treatment room duties NHS health checks Wound care and dressings Patient education and health promotion Accurate clinical documentation using EMIS Requirements Current NMC Registration Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience Previous Primary Care or GP Practice experience essential Experience with chronic disease management Cytology experience desirable Immunisation experience including childhood immunisations Strong communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work autonomously within General Practice settings EMIS or SystmOne experience advantageous Desirable Skills V300 qualification Asthma, COPD or Diabetes management experience Experience managing complex patient needs What We Offer Flexible weekday sessions Ongoing rota availability Exposure to multiple GP surgery settings Dedicated recruitment support Supportive onboarding process Opportunities across Liverpool, Warrington, Chester & Southport #J-18808-Ljbffr bluestones medical
