- Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
- Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
- Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
- Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
- Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
- Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
