As one of the first people our clients interact with, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, positive experience while helping our busy office run smoothly.

What You'll Do
Welcome clients and assist with check-in
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments
Verify insurance and client information
Collect co-payments and process payments
Assist with medical records and administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies and support daily operations
Work closely with clinical and administrative staff
Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous medical or behavioral health office experience preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Strong computer, data-entry, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented approach
A genuine desire to help others and create a positive client experience
